Here's how we use the library: We upload a PDF to the sharepoint library. We classify the PDF using 10 columns of metadata. One column, called Entity Name, takes it's value from another List. The current manual process: 1. Deletes all files from the target SharePoint Library 2. Copies all files from a folder on a UNC server path to the SharePoint library with a date time prefix. Example file in UNC Path is and we would name it for 4/3/2019 8:13 AM copy time to create a unique file name.
