Depois de obter uma instância do dispositivo usb, criar um objeto de monitor e anexar ao dispositivo para receber dados e eventos monitorados. O objeto Monitor pode ser anexado ao dispositivo a qualquer momento, não importa se o dispositivo está sendo usado atualmente ou não. Pode se desconectar do dispositivo a qualquer momento. Já tenho um projeto pronto preciso apenas de alterações.

Precisamos da criação de um software, no formato de um componente (ActiveX ou dll), o qual possamos incorporar em nossos sistemas. Este componente irá receber um conjunto de endereços de entregas ou coletas (rua, cidade, uf, cep), que devem ser feitos por uma transportadora. Uma vez que estes endereços sejam enviados ao componente, deve-se mostrar todos os endereços numerados em um mapa (estilo google maps). Daí o usuário irá reunir os endereços em alguns grupos.
