I need the assistance of an architect skilled in melding traditional and modern design aesthetics for a new residential project: a medieval castle with a modern interior. The project size is sizable, encompassing 10,000 square meters. Key Responsibilities: - Creating a medieval castle design with a modern interior - Consider sustainable design approaches where possible. Ideal Skills: - Experience in designing large residential spaces - Strong portfolio in incorporating modern features in traditional architectures - Prior experience in designing medieval-style constructions is a plus - Knowledge in making eco-friendly architectural decisions. In have added a few more details below. Property To Be Built In Ghana Specifically Brong-Ahafo Region Architectural Drawings Structural Drawings. Plumbing Drawing. Sewerage drawing. Electrical Drawing plans. Interior and exterior elevation. Interior Design Furnishing ETC. 4k render video walk-through of the whole property. The property must look as realistic as possible in the render. Interior and exterior design This includes furnishing. The castle is to be a minimum of 10,000 meters squared. An estimated material list for example 1 ton of cement 2 tons of steel etc. The castle is to be built on a 2-acre plot and Castle to be situated Directly in the center of the Plot. The castle should be raised up a minimum of 10 feet from ground level. The ceiling height from the floor should not be lower than 10 feet on each floor. All rooms and common areas are to have grey carpet as shown in the photos, except bathrooms and the main entrance and rear entrance of the property which should be tiled. Water is to be supplied from boreholes and water is purified and stored on the roof of the property, solar water heater and pump, and septic tank to be dug out for human waste The outer wall should have a gatehouse with a draw bridge, a draw bridge to be raised by the 2x electrical motors but a manual way to raise the bridge is essential in cases of motor failure. security cameras to be fitted to the exterior of the property to cover 360 of the property and cover all blind spots, all cameras to have IP68 water resistance and night vision, infra-red, motion detectors, connected be via smart app, and have PR sensor lights attached to external cameras, all internal areas to have cameras with exception to guest bedrooms and toilets. Property to have an outer moat with a width of at least 12 feet and depth of at least 12 feet with circulation pumps so the water does not become stagnant, the base and sides of the moat to be concreted. All doors are to be armoured bulletproof doors with reinforced steel frames this includes internal doors and 2x sets of large double doors that's one at the front of the property and one at the rear of the property all doors are to have a self-closing mechanism, smart locks with fingerprint, facial recognition, the garage door must be armoured please see link before for examples of doors and gates all internal doors must also be armoured with a self-closing mechanism as well but must bust be light enough for a young child to open and close with ease. All socket outlets are to be UK standard 3-pin sockets with USB type C ports, all lights to be led, all heating is to be done by electrical heaters and AC, main entrance should have a led chandelier. Property to get power from battery 2x battery packs that can individually be turned off in an emergency or when under maintenance, solar panels to be installed on the roof for power for the whole property and to charge the batteries, battery packs to be stored to the rear of the property with 2 doors one to gain entrance from inside the property and one externally, battery pack to charge enough electricity for 7 days usage. Ground Floor Should have a large garage to hold a minimum of 8 large 4x4 cars, a laundry/Pantry room with slots for 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, the garage must also have space for an electric car charger, a Large open plan kitchen, an large open plan living room, large open plan dining room, all rooms to have speakers in the roofing controlled by a central system app, so you can change and play music in different rooms, Family study room, 4x female guest bathrooms, one male's guest bathroom with 4x urinals, 4x hand basin,2x toilets. All ground floor windows to be shatter-proof windows plus grilled will stainless steel grills, grill to be inside the property. Large storage room, 3x Guest bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Ground floor must also have panic room. All furniture must be fabric-based no leather, I prefer modern Pakistani and Moroccan interior designs. First Floor Cinema room, Gaming room, Study room, 1x male guest toilet with 2x urinals and one toilet, 1x female guest toilet with 3 cubicles, 6x guest bedrooms with all ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Second Floor 2nd floor should have 10 bedrooms including the master bedroom with all walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms, toilet must be separate from the bathing and shower area in all rooms including guest rooms, and all bedrooms to have a separate study room, must have a staircase leading to the other floors from the rear of the property also a staircase from the rear leading directly to the roof but must have lower floor guard on the staircase to prevent intruders and children from accessing without permission. Master bedroom must have His and hers walk-in wardrobe, his and her bathroom, male bathroom to have a urinal Master Room Master bedroom must have His and Her’s walk-in wardrobe, one large bathroom with all the regular amenities 2x toilets in a separate compartment attached to the main bathroom, one large emperor bed, bed frame should be wall mounted, bed frame to be made from treated steel, must have a built-in panic room, with communication to external sources, fridge etc. This property will be off the grid so must be low maintenance and self-reliant and sufficient, IE, water not connected to the mains, waste not connected to the mains. I'm looking for an expert in architecture and landscape design who can create a comprehensive layout for a multi-purpose estate. The estate will consist of several distinct zones: dining, wellness, residential, sports, events, and gardens. Your task will be to create a unique yet functional layout that fits within a perimeter of 240m, 220m, 170m, and 60m. Here’s a conceptual approach to sketching a floor plan based on your estate’s dimensions: 1. Outline the Perimeter: • Start by sketching an irregular polygon with the sides you provided: 240 meters, 220 meters, 170 meters, and 60 meters. The shape will likely be a trapezoid or an irregular quadrilateral, depending on the angles at which these sides meet. 2. Divide the Area into Zones: • Central Zone: Place the restaurant and wellness center near the center or at a strategic location that best fits within the irregular shape, ideally accessible from the main entrance. • Residential Zone: Arrange the 30 apartments around the wellness center, possibly in smaller clusters to create a community feel and provide easy access to central amenities. • Sports and Recreation Zone: Allocate one of the longer sides of the plot (240 meters or 220 meters side) for sports facilities to utilize the length for tennis courts and other sports courts. • Event and Garden Zone: Use the most scenic part of the estate, which might be along the irregular sides (170 meters or 60 meters), for the botanical garden, workshop area, and the pavilion for large gatherings. 3. Ideal skills and experience include landscape architecture, city or urban planning, civil engineering and CAD proficiency. A successful bid will demonstrate prior knowledge and experience in similar projects. A keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, as well as knowledge of environmental sustainability principles, will be extremely beneficial.
