Hello,

we are looking for an inspirational design proposal for a real estate subscription service. We consist of a group of experienced developers, but we lack the skill to design or slice existing design to css/html. We are unsure how much quality/deliverables we can get for our proposed award, if you feel that the award is below your working rate, please still share a proposal with us and state how much more you would be asking for in order to proceed with a collaboration.

We like clean design without too much distraction or cluttering. The site will be about listing real estate objects/apartments with a subscription service in a country with lots of sea and lakes. Think AirBnb/Stockholm/San Francisco . We have logos ready that you can find attached. Please use the colouring of the blue-themed logo and try to incorporate it into the design. Feel free to propose a different colouring if you feel it necessary.

We would like a proposal of a website with the following sections:

* Landing page - Background image (perhaps with subtle animation/movement) that themes with apartments/sea/city. Space for a few words of text (4-8 words). Should allow multiple different landing pages that alternate. Perhaps a splash in a corner that states monthly subscription rate. We like the bottom-ribbon "How task rabbit works" from www.taskrabbit.com.
* List/Search page - This section provides the user with information about the listings. Should include design of a search/filterable table were rows can contain a thumbnail picture. This page should be available in both a public and a private version, only difference would be that private version contains more information in the table.
* Sign up/Register/Pay page - Where user completes their registration and payment.
* Testimonials - Portraits of other users stating what they feel about our service. Portrait, perhaps styled with a quote-font-feel with space for a 3-5 word catch-phrase. Only a total of 4 testimonials should be visible at the same time
* About us - Just briefly about the service perhaps with subpage that contains agreement and legal disclaimer.
* User administration - Form only visible for logged in users, should provide a range of themed input-fields so user can administrate their subscription.
* Footer - With links to all sections

Upon completion of the project we will expect the following deliverables:
* PSD/Graphical layered design files to be used for future administration and touch ups
* All rights of graphics/images/icons in order for us to allow publishing of the website
* Complete theme with sliced HTML and CSS of mocks packaged in a tidy and easy manageable format (preferably documented, inline commenting is good enough)
* Desktop and mobile device compatibility
* HTML/CSS should be compatible with a commonly used open source CMS, preferably Wordpress.
