Síntese do concurso

I had this website (www.sydneypahire.com) designed about 8 years ago. It's worked well but I think it's time for a redesign. I want to keep:
-The same layout
-The same type of menu bar
-The main colour as some type of blue.

I basically want a redesign that might change:
-Colours
-Fonts
-Borders etc

If it makes any difference the site is not going to be responsive (I'm having a separate site for that). It's also going to be in HTML/CSS so I can edit it in Dreamweaver. I don't need the code just a PSD design. I'm going to separately re-design the slideshow banner once the rest of the site is done.
