Picture will be an image showing a historic scene of the handing over power in Delhi, India from Lord Mountbatten, in 1947. Done in a vector style cartoon form similar to this: https://image.shutterstock.com/z/stock-vector-kids-doing-human-pyramid-on-grass-illustration-434938726.jpg

Image must be suitable for young children and with the following details:
- Lord Mountbatten shaking hands with Major General Rajendra Singh
- Rashtrapati Bhavan (Government house) in the background
- very large crowds of indian populace
- Indian army (small guard of honor) near Lord Mountbatten
- indian police trying to hold the crowds back
- Dominion flag flying next to a Union Jack
- Rainbow in the sky
- elephants in the background
- monkeys running around hidden throughout image
- small children here and there

Image should be 40cm x 20cm and supplied in vector format (done in Illustrator or similar)

There will be a series of other images needed - Please quote to do 5 similar scenes

  The winning entry actually has a few submissions with sketches showing a very strong composition. By this I mean that the layout of the picture is exactly what I was looking for, with a visual style matching to my needs. Does that answer your question?
