I need a clean, architecturally accurate 2-D floor plan that will serve as the backbone for the full interior design of the complete remodel of an existing apartment. Thank you for you attention to this matter.The layout must cover at least five rooms—living room, kitchen, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony etc.

I’ll provide the existing floor plan as soon as we start; what I expect back is:
• a fully dimensioned drawing in DWG (or compatible CAD) plus a high-resolution PDF and the MagicPlan software
• clear wall, door, and window placements ready for later furniture and lighting layers;
• logical circulation paths that make day-to-day living feel natural;
• adherence to standard architectural line weights, symbols, and annotation.

Once the plan is approved I’ll move straight into finishes, furniture, and décor, so accuracy now will save big revisions later. Please confirm you can handle residential code requirements and deliver both editable and print-ready files.

May I kindly ask; How does that other plan which is overall 17'11" by 22'3", relate to the plan with the hand drawn additions? Once you kindly provide this answer, I could go ahead to design the spaces. As it's a bit confusing now how the two relate. Or should I consider only that hand drawn plan as the basis?
