What is Tracing?

Tracing is a commonly used term for locating people, this could be for a missing person’s case, locating debtors or current customers.

Social media and Google have made the job of finding people a lot easier

You need to know as much as possible about a person to reduce the risk of them giving you false information and cross-reference with as many datasets as possible. Every time I trace a person I am searching the phone number on Google, their name, email address and home address, that way if they answer the phone I will already know if they use the mobile number for work and if so who they work for, if the email address is attached to a website or employer, etc.

Using your knowledge as a programmer, could you find a way of automating this search so that if given CSV file of Goneaway customers information you could perform:

- Data Cleanse using up to date online sources
- Find new contact details against as many datasets possibly available to confirm the person's new location.

Please design a software/web app solution and how you would send out the crawlers in the most effective way.

The winner will the bidder that shows the most initiative and is the most thorough in his cross-referencing datasets and thorough in design.
If the winner has the skills I will commission him to build the actual solution as well on a time and materials basis.

Address (posssibly out of date)
Email (possibly out of date)
DOB
Phone number (possibly out of date)
