I saw this done here before with great results.

I'm really struggling coming up with a name for my new luxury Hookah Lounge. All the ideas I have come up with have been trademarked by some other smoking type company. i.e. hookah lounges, vape company, tobacco or pipe company.

My lounge is gonna serve high end hookah pipes and high quality tobacco. I also plan on serving gourmet coffees, espressos, and teas. The atmosphere will be laid back, light music such as Jazz and Blues (but not limited to those), interesting art work on walls, quality sitting and decor.
Staying away from the club style lounges.

Examples of possible styling attached. Also included an attach. of original name and logo I loved but CAN NOT use the name, APEX; as it is already used by another company in the industry.

I'm not gonna put restrictions on ideas. Give me your BEST!

As for now: You can create new logos for the The Elder Hookah Lounge or you can create a new name and logo. I'm still open to a name if something better is proposed. As for now there are two names I'm leaning with. One can't be disclosed bc it came from another designer.

  Hi Mimik731, Can you please reject those entries which uses other contestant's name ideas, like "Verde". its not mine but it seems unfair that one comes up with a name and get rated and other contestants run their horses all over that name with their mock-up designs and get more stars. May be i am wrong but it seems unfair to original idea producer. By the way this is an interesting contest.

So, I do really like some of these submission but I spoke with my trade mark lawyer again today just to clarify. He said, the word should NOT be used by another smoking lounge, vape company, tobacco comp., or by any other means in the smoking industry. The same name can be used by another company as long as they are NOT associated with smoking indust. As most of these ideas are great, most have you are having the same problem I ran into! I have to one star the design bc when I google the name another company or product relating to smoking is used. There are only a few that even qualify as of now. Please do a quick google search using the name. Most of these names are already being used by other smoking (Hookah, Vape) companies or lounges. Although I like the design and name I won't be able to use them.
