  Congrats to the winner....but what exactly does this logo wana say..can anyone explain???....I mean from no angle it seems to say custom covers :)...or is it just an abstract logo???

     I always knew the CH would come back eventually and select a winner. The decision could have gone in any direction. Anyway congrats to ADMlanka.

     Quantity is very different than quality. 80% of the entrys I could do using Paint.
     Entrys with 2 or 3 stars was very good, very professional designers.

     Hello, this design was probably rejected because the design lacked connection throughout. The typeface is a new-style, probably Bodoni, which does not relate to the brand the client is describing. It is a complete different perception angle.

     Hardly looks like a logo. There has to be a literal or abstract connection between the mark and the business, something unique and one that is memorable.

  Designers who are clearly copying the example chameleon given, please withdraw your images. If the artist were to find out, he/she could obviously take legal action, and is obviously unfair. I believe the example is there to derive inspiration from instead.

  #806 - along the same lines as the chameleon, the mimic octopus. It would lend itself well to becoming a brand (being used in other positions, etc) and definitely distinctive as a logo.
