Síntese do concurso

We want a design for heraldic weapon/shield, it will be used for a shipping company.
The weapon/shield desgign must have following design elments:
- Blue waves
- Possibly add a yellow dune
- 2 owls (bird) on both sides of the shield & sitting on a acacia leaf's
- In the heraldic weapon/shield design there must be the text "Dutch Shipping Investments" prefereably in a banner like object (see inspiration examples 1 & 2)

    I'don't know If it is possible, but maybe on the top of the shield, the letters D.S.I the initials from the company can be placed at the top. And with these initials it is also possible to remove the Dutch Shipping investement. Investors have asked me to make the logo less complex. Though they very much appricated it.
