Please be aware of the difference between a contest and a bid request. You are posting a contest with a guaranteed price, which means that in less than 7 days you must give away 260 USD to someone who did a drawing of something you didn't provide a description for.
It is not that you can select a freelancer and tell him/her about the requirements in a private message..
