Is the presentation readable in portrait or landscape format? In the first case it can be created in MS Word in the second case in PowerPoint.

I can create a PowerPoint presentation with images as background and text on the images, then I convert to pdf? Is it ok for you? In case of two image in the same slide it is needed to create a background colour, is it acceptable for you?
