We are turning an empty space into a beautiful, hip, cozy coworking space and need your help!

Deliverables:
1. Bird's Eye view Space Layout visualization
2. Design renderings of the space with furniture in it
3. Links to fitting furniture (keep these affordable - under 4K euros total)
4. General Style guide - colors

Details about the space:
A coworking space with a strong focus on the open space and giving plenty of room to move around and focus on work, as well as relaxing social areas. Highlight the natural lighting and wood finishing on the walls. I don't want to have to remodel or do anything serious to the walls/floors/ceilings. Multi-use furniture that can be configured for events and for working. Prefer using wood for tables and desks with comfortable chairs. Made for Coworking during the day, but needs to be flexible to comfortably fit 60-100 people for events in the including space for 40 seats (can include fold-out chairs if need be). Seating should be with multipurpose furniture. Lighting is on the ceiling but should please add floor lighting options also!

Space Requirments:
1. Work Desks - Fits around 15+ (max 20) people comfortably working at desks
2. Lounge area - Enough lounge seating for 10 people (couches etc)
3. Other - Lockers to leave things for coworkers

    Are you buying the furniture from the Philippines then? It makes great difference where we source the furniture from, in the Netherlands there's no way to get 15+desks for under 4k:) Please clarify!

      Hey Linder, nope that is not correct. The counter is on the far upper right corner from the entrance. Once you enter the room, if you look at your 10 o clock you would see the counter

      2.5 meters to the false ceiling i believe. But there are a few lights in there already. So we will not be messing toooo much with the ceiling. Consider floor standing lights > ceiling mounted.
