I need a WordPress Web design for a website. It also needs to be responsive. This is not just for a mockup, I need you help me build this and install on my hosted server which is GoDaddy.

The company: Permits Made Simple is a permit consultant for Residential Contractors, Commercial Contractors, and Homeowners. We save them time and money with our proven process.
- I also want google analytics and yoast added.
-I will need you to add the content once a design is chosen.
-I will need all original files
-The site needs to be easily editable so future changes can be made.

I have included sample themes and other industry websites. I am a fan of blue but am open to all ideas and colors. The site needs to contain the following Pages: Home, Services, Permits, About Us, Contact Us (must have form to submit info including, name, company name, phone number, email, and message). You can use stock photos and clip art please just include the source. (search google for permit services and residential and commercial contractor sites for image ideas)

Homepage needs to include:
-Space for company description and sales copy
-banner picture will need to be a photo of Downtown Jacksonville’s Skyline. (Jacksonville, FL) Would like a banner I can flash words across and scrolls several pictures. Needs a spot for our logo as well.
-needs to also display our services: Residential Permits, Commercial Permits, and Homeowner permits (with graphics)

The information my site needs to share will be similar to gopermits.org. I like the design of how they shared information. Get ideas and basic information to be displayed from here. I want separate pages not just one. Do not copy page.
