It should have Global Digital Optimization
It should have a total visitors counter function
It should collect email addresses mail-list
It should have option to subscribe, change category or unsubscribe
It should be able to be run on a USB flash drive.

  Thank you for your response. After visiting the demo, demo.sawkat.com/kingsphoto , it see that the website has a lot to offer. However, I am looking for something much more simpler. All can fit on 1 page. Most important feature would be .. Mobile friendly and offer the visitor the option to enter a their phone number, then they will receive a text message the hyperlink to down load or the redirected a site to download. Thank you!

  Only one page but to run in wordpress...! Do not think it would be easier to make you the "USB flash drive" for instance using "xampp portable" or other identical pack, and ask only the theme here... by the prize that offers few will do what you ask, not to mention that most do not have knowledge to do what you ask... this is what I think ...
