Summary
We want to get help from some customer service/online marketing expert of finding the most suitable NPS (Net Promoter Score) measuring program for our online shop: https://www.footway.co.uk/shoes?p=4.

Description
We are a company located in Sweden and have an online shoe shop launched in 11 different European countries. We want to strengthen our customer experience with help of external NPS measuring program.
Your task is to propose different NPS programs which fulfill our requirement. The one who comes with the most feasible/suitable proposal will win this contest! You can find our requirement below:
-- The program/system should not have any integration with our existing system which means the NPS should be gathered in terms of links and redirected to the program/system.
-- The program/system should have a user interface for managing and viewing the result statistics.
-- The program/system should be able to be customized to cover different customer activities such as purchase and return.
-- It would be nice that the program supports different languages.
-- You can have more than one proposal.
