Building a resort in India. Looking for architecture planning and designing resources with civil project management skills. Total land is about 2 acre. Must be an state of the art design with environment friendly and energy efficient design. resort must give a feeling of serenity and tranquility as location is in a plain and hot geographical region. Landscaping must complement the core theme of the project.

Deliverable must include end to end design (2D and 3D), estimation.

Please do not submit if you don'y have any large scale hospitality project experience. Minimum 3 resort and hotels experience.
