ABOUT US
We are a Zambian financial technology company that recently completed a landmark IPO on the Lusaka Securities Exchange. While our roots are in electronic tolling, we are first and foremost a technology company.

Our IPO prospectus and logo are attached for reference.
BUT PLEASE NOTE DONT USE THE PROSPECTUS DESIGN . We are seeing a lot of early submissions play off the prospectus.

THE BRIEF
Design a front cover for our 2025 Annual Report — our first as a publicly listed company.

- Design feel: Modern, digital, forward-looking. A technology company that has arrived and is building for the future. Proudly Zambian with a global-standard aesthetic. But do not give it a Zambian flag theme (Use of green, eagles etc- Don't use the flag a theme)
- Think: Technology, digital infrastructure, connectivity, networks, data flows, geometric patterns. Abstract and conceptual approaches welcome. We would also welcome anything that works outside of the box.
- Avoid: Literal images of trucks, toll gates, or roads. We are not a trucking company. And avoid the use of the Zambian Flag.
- Colour: See our brand palette in the attached prospectus and logo. You may work within it or propose something fresh.
- Placeholders: Include space for company name/logo, "Annual Report 2025," and "Listed on the Lusaka Securities Exchange." The use of proudly Zambian is acceptable where appropriate.

DELIVERABLES
- A print-ready front cover (A4, 3 mm bleed, CMYK, PDF)
- An editable source file (InDesign or Illustrator preferred)
- A web-optimised version for our digital PDF
- To ensure full IP Transfer- All elements must be royalty-free, original, or fully licensed for commercial use. Non-negotiable.

SELECTION
We will review submissions as they come in and may select a winner before the deadline.
