NOTE TO ALL: I made a mistake through the use of the word "pelvic fin"; technically it's the side "pectoral fin" that i need. Also it would be ideal if these were on separate layers as eventually they will be animated separately. Underneath the PECTORAL fin therefore needs to be coloured.

After consideration - I don't want fish to be "pixelated". They should be smooth and vectorised (where possible). The overall art-style is "quirky-detailed-cartoon". Also where possible, fish should have a pelvic fin and tail fin. Also it would be ideal if these were on separate layers as eventually they will be animated separately. Underneath the pelvic fin therefore needs to be coloured.

Vector is preferred basis (so I can scale images up), however I would still like the images to still have a bit of a pixel-feel to the - so basically vector made to look like pixel.
